Please use this form to register your team for the 2025 Summer Season with the CCSL. All returning teams invited to participate for the season will have their spot held until March 1st at which time registration will be open to the public and spots become first come, first serve.

When registering, please select the division you believe your team best fits in. We reserve the right to place teams in alternate divisions based on overall skill and parity needs.

Season Details

• Season Starts May 1st and ends by September 1st (playoffs in August)
• Games scheduled Monday thru Thursday
• Arenas located from central locations (Max Bell, Henry Viney, Village Square, ECTAS) to north locations (Vivo, NESS, Crowchild, Rocky Ridge, Thorncliffe,  Crowfoot)
• 15 Game Regular Season + 1 Guaranteed Playoff Game (single elimination)
  

Fees
Total Team fees for the season are $6,299 (GST Included)
Early bird discount of $400 applied after registration for all returning teams who have registered by Feb 15th.
