Playoff - Medical Exception

Please refer to the CCSL Rules and Regulations, Rule 3.2 PLAYOFF ELIGIBILITY to determine if you qualify for a playoff exception. All players must have discussed this request with their GM who will be included in any response email to this request.

Please note that any medical information provided is confidential and used solely by the league to assess a request for medical exception. Dates missed and subsequent eligibility requirements will be shared with your GM.

Any false or misleading information may be subject to disciplinary action (example - player requests medical exception, however is observed during the identified time period participating in another league).
